Fairbrook employs an owner-operator mindset that's primarily concerned with maximizing returns over the long run. The team’s strategy is to standardize the building design and construction. To maintain control of the project through all phases of the construction and management process we reuse the same building plans while continuously looking for cost and quality improvements.
The projects are built by Fairbrook’s licensed construction subsidiary, Empire CM, Inc., which allows greater control over the costs and timing of construction and ensures that each project has the highest level of supervision. Additionally, Fairbrook is able to leverage economies of scale when purchasing materials and labor for multiple projects at once. These cost savings provide a significant reduction in total project costs while simultaneously allowing for investment into more durable materials, ultimately reducing future maintenance expenditures.
